Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı Strateji Geliştirme Daire Başkanlığı tüm valiliklere gönderdiği resmi yazı ile Maliye Bakanlığı müfettişlerinin yapmış olduğu incelemeler neticesinde çocuk ve aile yardımı, asgari geçim indirimi konusunda yanlış ödemeler yapıldığının tespit edildiği ve bu tespitlere istinaden personele ödenen ücretlerin geçmişe dönük incelenerek, varsa fazla ödemelerin yasal faizi ile birlikte ilgililerden tahsil edilmesini istedi.
Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı illere gönderdiği resmi yazıda, fazla ödenen bu tutarın kamu zararı kapsamında değerlendirilmesini ve ona göre işlem uygulanmasını talep etti. Böylesi bir durumda ödemeleri yanlış yapan, personele fazla ödeme yapan ilgililer hakkında disiplin işlemine de başlanabilecektir.
